Registration Fees

Note that the prices listed below are the early bird rates. Full Conference and One Day Only registration fees will increase by $100 on September 1.

Types of Registration and What's Included

1) Full Conference registration includes:

Opening Reception on Monday
Plenary and concurrent sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Entrance to the exhibit hall on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
1 ticket to the Solar Power Block Party on evening Tuesday
Complimentary access to online recordings and presentations of the conference sessions

2) One Day Only registration includes:

Plenary and concurrent sessions on either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday (day must be selected in advance when registering)
Entrance to the exhibit hall on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

3) Student registration includes:

Opening Reception on Monday
Plenary and concurrent sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Entrance to the exhibit hall on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Complimentary access to online recordings and presentations of the conference sessions
Resume posting in the Career Center

Please note that unfortunately we do not have any student scholarships available.

4) Expo Only registration includes:

Entrance to the exhibit hall on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

5) Evening Expo - General Public:

The expo will be open to the public on Wednesday, October 15 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Entrance is free and no registration is necessary.

6) Workshops

A number of pre/post-conference workshops will be offered at Solar Power 2008. Details, including schedules and costs is available on the workshops page.

Group Discounts

Companies that send 5 or more employees to Solar Power 2008 can receive a 15% discount. The discount applies to full conference registration fees only and only applies when all 5 attendees register at the same time.

Discount codes must be entered at time of registration.

Elected Officials Eligible for FREE Conference Registration

Elected Officials interested in attending Solar Power 2008 are eligible to register at no cost. This complimentary pass includes everything that is included in Full Conference Registration.

Visa Requests

If you require a visa for travel to the U.S, it is incumbent upon you to apply for a visa with the U.S. embassy (consular division) or consulate with ample time for processing. To avoid bureaucratic problems, we strongly suggest that you submit your formal application to U.S. authorities a minimum of 120 days in advance of the date of anticipated travel. Please visit http://travel.state.gov/visa_services.html for more information about the visa application process and U.S. Department of State requirements.

Requests for a letter of invitation will be accepted starting in the spring. Please check back here for details.

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations received before August 1 will receive a full refund minus a $50 handling fee. A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations received between August 1st and September 1st. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after September 1st.

Substitution Policy

Substitutions are welcome at no charge prior to September 5, 2008
Requests for substitutions can be entered online or emailed to: sep081@experient-inc.com

Substitution request made after September 5, 2008 will incur a $25 fee and must be requested onsite.

Information from the original registration confirmation will be needed in order to complete a substitution; be sure to have this available.
