For Press
Members of the media – including reporters, writers, editors, photographers and production crews – are encouraged to register in advance to receive complimentary press passes for the Solar Power Conference and Expo. Press passes allow complete access to the following events:
- All plenary and concurrent sessions
- Exhibit floor during open hours
- Opening Reception
- Solar Power Block Party
- Commercial Solar Tours
To apply for a press pass, please fill out the press pass request form.
After we have received your complete credentials, they will be reviewed and are subject to approval based on space available and management's discretion. Submitting a press pass request does not guarantee attendance. The Solar Power Conference will notify you within five business days regarding the status of your request. The Solar Power Conference reserves the right to revoke or deny media access for any reason.
If approved, you will receive an e-mail with a press discount code. You may use this press discount code to complete the registration process.
If you complete registration by Sept. 5, 2008 you should receive a complimentary press pass in the mail. Media registering after Sept. 5 will need to pick up their press passes at the registration desk when they arrive at the Solar Power Conference.
